Since 1976, L’Heureux has been committed to providing exemplary after-sales service to its customers. To maintain reasonable turnaround times and impeccable quality of support, we are adjusting our service policy.

Effective August 4, 2025

• We will no longer repair devices not purchased from L’Heureux, except for the brands Philips, Jura, and De’Longhi.
• Disassembled, modified, or uncertified devices are not eligible for workshop repair.
